New location, same amazing market event...The Camp Funhouse market, hosted by The Creative Funhouse, was a totally killer time! With summer approaching, things are starting to heat up here in AZ, and that includes the events going on in our horror community.

This market has been previously hosted at Mesa Community College outside, but with the high temperatures here, it is time for more indoor and air-conditioned events. The Broadway Recreation Center was a fang-tastic venue for this local market. There were food trucks set up outside for those in need of a “late-night” snack, and inside were all of the terror-ific vendors, including a photobooth, piercings, tattoos, and permanent jewelry. We made some fun purchases from Outta Town Pop, Tonight Sam Jewlery, The Winey Hooker, and more! We had so much fun attending another Creative Funhouse market, and cannot wait for the next one coming up in August.

The AZ Spooky Boos

We are The AZ Spooky Boos, a mother-daughter duo who love all things spooky, horror,

Halloween, and more! We mainly cover events in Arizona, but we also venture out to California,

Nevada, and even Kentucky, to enjoy conventions and meet new celebs. Not only do we go to

horror cons, but we also go to in-store signings, local markets, fun weekend events, early movie

screenings, and whatever else may come our way. We became part of the AZ Horror Community

in 2018 after our first-ever convention, and now, years later, we're running a social media

account covering the events. Though we just started our social media journey a little over a year

ago, we have fully embraced being part of the media coverage side and are always up for

attending new events that welcome us. We started as attendees, and now we are covering cons,

markets, and other events for ourselves and Local Haunts!
