“Got a light?”

Twin Peaks is by far one of the most popular cult classic TV shows of the 90s. The unique type of horror it brings to the screen for viewers to this day can’t be compared. Last week’s screening of the finale of the show served as a perfect homage to the two-season series.  Vidiots teamed up with Fangoria and Mubi to not only provide an amazing space to watch the hour-long episode, but also included a costume contest and trivia game for the audience. The winner of the costume contest was none other than a participant dressed as the elderly man with the famous catchphrase, “Got a light?”  The trivia contest had questions ranging from specific details of a finale, as well as general questions about the show overall, including both easy and more difficult questions.  Plenty of fans in attendance readily recited the answers, and the general enthusiasm in the theater was palpable and energetic.  Themed refreshments like “a damn fine cup of coffee” were available for purchase. Finally, all attendants received numerous free Twin Peaks themed stickers and a Mubi tote.  Our team says it’s definitely worth going to the next Vidiots, Mubi, and Fangoria event!  Your spooky senses will be satisfied in every way!
