Fullerton and Rancho Cucamonga, California, are getting the chance to experience Edgar Allen Poe’s ‘The Raven’ but with a twist!
This immersive theater, escape-room-style puzzle will have you competing in a murder mystery with a three-course dinner that places you directly inside the story as investigators set inside The Old Spaghetti Factory.

Throughout the evening, Poe and his mysterious Ravens revisit the night of his beloved Lenore’s death. Guests work together in teams, encounter suspects, uncover hidden clues, solve handcrafted puzzles, and compete to determine what really happened before the mystery is revealed.
Behind the production is a small team of independent Southern California artists. Nevermore was created by friends Lyndsie Scoggin and Morghann Taelor Stevens, who originally developed the experience in the mountain community of Lake Arrowhead. Now in its third season, the production is expanding into Fullerton and Rancho Cucamonga for the first time.
And “independent” is literal. From the original story and characters to the props, clues, puzzles, costumes, and immersive interactions, the experience has been developed and handcrafted by its creators and small performance team.
“We were inspired by the things we love about immersive theater and escape rooms, but we wanted to create something that felt like being invited into a story,” said Scoggin. “Nevermore has always been a very hands-on, artist-made experience. There’s a lot of thought put into this.”
Dress Code: Guests are encouraged to dress in black or Victorian-inspired attire and come ready to investigate, though costumes are not required.
