Queen Mary´s Dark Harbor has a Valentine's event for a spooky date night

Dark Harbor has announced its Dark Masquerade.

The 21+ after-hours event, taking place on Feb. 13 and 14, will take over the historic Queen Mary in Long Beach, plunging guests into some early spooky time fun featuring many of the characters from the venue’s annual fall haunt.

Activities are to include the Ring Master’s Dark Masquerade dance party, Gales Requiem, The Search for Mary scary glowstick experience, and the Sweethearts Slaughterhouse themed storytelling experience. While there will be some scares, these experiences are not full mazes.

VIP tickets will include special perks, including expedited entry, priority access to Gales Requiem, and entry into Pressure Test: Down below, where guests and their chosen companion will be cuffed together.

Each ticket also includes a complimentary masquerade mask. Themed food and cocktails will also be available for purchase throughout the ship.

Potential guests should note that The Masquerade Dance Party and Gale’s Requiem are wheelchair accessible, however The Search for Mary and Sweethearts Slaughterhouse do require the use of stairs.

While elegant attire is encouraged, sensible shoes are recommended. Heels are discouraged, and real or prop weapons or props that reduce visibility are prohibited.

Tickets - $59 for general and $79 for VIP - are not currently available at the time of writing, however those interested can sign up for notifications at www.darkharborhalloween.com/darkmasquerade.
