Scream Queens Danielle Harris and Scout Taylor Compton to co-direct 'Last Chance Hotel'
Original horror films are hard to come by especially when there's plenty of new material out there people are just afraid to step out of the box and try something new.
The hosts behind Talk Scary to Me podcast Danielle Harris and Scout Taylor Compton broke news today with Gangoria about their brand new co-directed co-written horror film called 'Last Chance hotel’.
Not only are these ladies well known in the horror genre for Halloween, Hatchet, Urban Legend, just to name a few. They're stepping into the director seats for a change of pace and it’s been a very welcome reception from horror fans!
The cast is also filled with horror legends such as, Shane West (A Walk to Remember, Salem), Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Monica Keena (Freddy vs. Jason), Sierra McCormick (The Vast of Night) and Zachary Roozen (Deadly Debutantes).
The story follows a newlywed couple whose dream wedding spirals into a bloody nightmare when they uncover that their secluded venue—a desolate motel deep in the Nevada desert—is run by a relentless bloodthirsty family with dark secrets revealing that one bride’s future may not be all that it was promised to be.
‘Last Chance Motel’ is described as “a pulse-pounding psychological thriller with slasher elements which promises to deliver a fresh, blood-soaked addition to modern horror.”
