Spend a night at the mall after hours and try not to get killed…
Indie horror games are on the rise and this latest installment puts you inside of a mall in the 80’s.
Night at the Mall is set within a sprawling, decommissioned 1980s-era shopping center, the experience places players in the role of a night-shift security guard. The primary objective of the upcoming horror video game? Navigate the facility to restore power and locate an exit while managing the psychological toll of an environment that exhibits shifting layouts and unsettling phenomena.
You are trapped. The lights are flickering, the doors are locked, and the static mannequins seem to be getting closer. You must restore power and find a way out before the mall claims you.
You’ll be able to pick up, rotate, and inspect 3D objects in detail to find hidden keys, codes, and lore. Every item tells a story, and some may hold the secrets to your survival.
The trailer dropped courtesy of IGN India and let’s just say, we’re very excited to play the demo, which is available on Steam right now!
The game will be released in January 2027.
