[AMUSEMENT PARK REVIEW] Knott’sScary Farm, Buena Park 2025

We had a frightfully fantastic night at Knott’s Berry Farm for their haunting nighttime Halloween transformation into Knott’s Scary Farm! We started our night by walking through one of the two new mazes, “The Zoo”.

After that, we stepped into Sunset Rise Nursing Home for Wayward Widows to experience the chilling “Widows” haunted maze. Then we went through some scare zones to check out the differently themed areas throughout the park.

We stopped for a bit to enjoy a performance taking place on the carnival stage, then continued our journey through the mysterious and eerie streets of Knott’s Berry Farm. The boardwalk area had been transformed into a creepy carnival with clowns wandering about, and we found ourselves at the “Mesmer” maze for a night at the circus with all of the creeps and freaks of the carnival.

After a while in the park, we found ourselves starving for a bite, so we stopped for icees, pickles, and fries...a weird, but devilishly delicious combination. When we were done having our little snack break, we hit up the “Room 13” maze and enjoyed a little flapper dance and band show. Before leaving the park, our final stop was the new maze, “Mary: The Haunting of Worth Home”. This was our second time attending Knott’s Scary Farm, and we had a terror-ific time and are hoping to attend again next year for more screams.

The AZ Spooky Boos

We are The AZ Spooky Boos, a mother-daughter duo who love all things spooky, horror,

Halloween, and more! We mainly cover events in Arizona, but we also venture out to California,

Nevada, and even Kentucky, to enjoy conventions and meet new celebs. Not only do we go to

horror cons, but we also go to in-store signings, local markets, fun weekend events, early movie

screenings, and whatever else may come our way. We became part of the AZ Horror Community

in 2018 after our first-ever convention, and now, years later, we're running a social media

account covering the events. Though we just started our social media journey a little over a year

ago, we have fully embraced being part of the media coverage side and are always up for

attending new events that welcome us. We started as attendees, and now we are covering cons,

markets, and other events for ourselves and Local Haunts!
