Felissa Rose joins ‘Scary Movie 6’ with a spoof on ‘Terrifier’

The thought of ‘Scary Movie’ returning in 2026 was not on anyone’s bingo cards, but here we are. Felissa Rose is joining the cast and will be parodying a scene from ‘Terrifier 3’ where Art the clown blows up kids in a mall. Very tasteful and true to ‘Scary Movie’s roots. Michael Leavy, who is a producer for ‘Terrifier’ and had a cameo in the first film, commented on his excitement to be involved with the film over at Dread Central.

“It was extremely surreal on so many levels,” Michael continued, “Not only was it wild to see a character from a franchise we helped pioneer become important enough to be parodied in a major Hollywood production, but it was especially meaningful because it happened within the go-to spoof franchise I grew up loving. What an honor!”

‘Scary Movie 6’ will be released in theaters on June 12, 2026, from Paramount.

The returning cast is stacked with returning cast: Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Jon Abrahams, Lochlyn Munro, Dave Sheridan, Chris Elliott, and Cheri Oteri! We couldn’t be more excited for this installment.

We can’t forget about the upcoming cast who will also give us plenty of laughs in this reboot, Olivia Rose Keegan, Savannah Lee Nassif, Cameron Scott Roberts, Sydney Park, Gregg Wayans, Ruby Snowber, Benny Zielke, Damon Wayans Jr., Kim Wayans, and Heidi Gardner are just some to name.

This summer will be the start of something funny and we’re ready for the laughs.
