Let's do the Time Warp LIVE with Tim Curry, Nell Campbell, Barry Bostwick & Patricia Quinn this Fall
“With just a jump to the left, and a step to the right, put your hands on your hips and bring your knees in tight! And do the pelvic thrust, let's do the time warp again.”
‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’ goes LIVE in Anaheim, California, with a very special guest of honor. Tim Curry will be joining Nell Campbell, Barry Bostwick, and Patricia Quinn on November 2nd at the Grove of Anaheim for ONE NIGHT ONLY!
No word on whether or not the Anaheim show will be filmed but we're hoping it will for fans who can't make it out to this date. Tickets are available now, and the tour runs until November 1st.
Celebrating 50 Years of The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a wonderful feat for young and old fans who have come to love this wonderful musical. In an interview with Playbill, Bostwick, Quinn, and Campbell had this to say, “Rocky has changed lives, not just ours, and had a profound effect on how we accept our differences in this world. We were fitted for our corsets and high heels and enthusiastically started singing songs that have endured for all these years. And 'dammit Janet'! I have made nerds cool.” says Bostwick.
“50 years ago I auditioned for the Rocky Horror show at the 60-seat Royal Court Theatre Upstairs in London," adds Quinn. "I asked my agent, 'What’s it about?' He replied, 'Something to do with a circus.' He wasn’t wrong. I’ve been in this circus ever since! ‘Cirque Du Rocky Horror’ I’m lucky! We’re all lucky!! Don’t dream it be it.”
Finally, Campbell added that “I never would have thought all these years later we’d be touring our little ole film. I’m so thrilled to get back on the road and to meet several generations of fans. Looking forward to a lot of fun just like it always was!”
