Scream Break is coming to Scarowinds this April with spooky surprises

Six Flags have been making the rounds at each of their parks and Carowinds are the next to get something spooky added to their calendar.

For scream break, guests will be able to endure: The Conjuring: Beyond Fear. “This interactive SCREAMium experience invites guests to navigate iconic scenes from the Warner Bros. blockbuster horror franchise as they work to lock away cursed artifacts before supernatural chaos is unleashed.”

Brian Oerding, a park manager at Carowinds said “Our special events continue to grow in popularity, because they create so much value for our guests. Guests want more opportunities to visit throughout the year, more reasons to return, and this year’s lineup is a direct result of that feedback. We’re adding enhanced experiences across every season.”

While Scream Break debuted with Six Flags back in 2023, this will be the first year ‘SCarowinds’ gets to join in on the fun.

SCarowinds runs on select dates, Sept. 11 through Nov. 1.
