Taghavi Farms brings SoCal pumpkin patch fun
With the arrival of October comes all the things we love about fall—cooler days, Halloween festivities, seasonal treats, and, of course, the opening of pumpkin patches! This year, Taghavi Farms is celebrating 30 years of bringing fall fun to Southern California with three pumpkin patches opening Oct. 1 in Pasadena, Buena Park, and Commerce.
For just $3 admission, families can enjoy an afternoon or evening filled with pumpkins, music, food, and plenty of seasonal fun. Visitors can pick out their very own pumpkin while enjoying music from phenomenal DJs and indulging in delicious treats. Food options include European-style sausages from Aust Dog, while Funnel Cake Spot offers a variety of tempting funnel cake flavors for those with a sweet tooth.
The Pasadena Pumpkin Patch offers even more family-friendly entertainment, including a delightful petting zoo filled with adorable animals such as rabbits, pigs, alpacas, goats, and sheep. For an additional fee, guests can feed the animals, making the experience especially memorable for younger visitors. Friendly and helpful staff are also on hand to make sure guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
And for families who consider their four-legged friends part of the family, the Pasadena Pumpkin Patch is dog friendly! Dogs of all sizes are welcome to join in the fall fun, provided their owners follow the posted rules and guidelines. It’s another great way to make the pumpkin-picking experience a fun outing for the whole family.
There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the pumpkin patch, along with fun slides featuring unicorns, dinosaurs, monster trucks, and even a giant scarecrow. With so much to see and do, there is something to entertain all ages.
The Pasadena Pumpkin Patch opens Oct. 1 and will be open Monday through Friday from 1-10 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 10 pm. Admission is $3 for guests ages 3 and up, while children 2 and under are admitted free.
With ample parking available in the lot next to the pumpkin patch, as well as street parking nearby, Taghavi Farms’ Pasadena Pumpkin Patch is an easy and festive way for families to kick off the fall season, make memories, and enjoy a little Halloween fun.
