Terrestrial hits theaters next month

It seems like success can be obtained even when it might involve aliens, sacrifice, or something otherworldly. Yet Allen, a Sci-Fi writer who finally gets everything he wants, isn't letting his friends whom he invited over to bask in his new found glory know what is going on.

Steve Pink’s (of Hot Tub Time Machine fame) new film Terrestrial is about a writer who gets everything he wants in record time. But his friends - who he charms into what may or may not be a sacrificial ceremony or alien farming ring - find everything to be a little too good to be true.

As things get rolling and tensions get high, more questions than answers are brought forth.

The trailer for Terrestrial doesn't have much behind it outside of question marks, but the film looks to be a trippy exploration into the depths of one's need to obtain fame through any means necessary.

Whether its aliens, rituals, or sacrificial rites, Pink might be securing another cult film under his belt that can for sure hit the nail on the head for those looking for something weird to see this halloween season.

Terrestrial will be out Oct 16.
