'INSIDIOUS 6' delayed to 2026

Movie delays are inevitable and it’s unfortunate when it happens to a film in a beloved franchise that is already struggling to keep it’s audience excited.

Sony planned to release ‘INSIDIOUS 6’ on August 29th of this year but they pushed it back to August 21, 2026. There’s no further plot details or updates as to why the delay is happening but rest assured we’ll get another ‘INSIDIOUS’ film because the Spin-off film ‘THREAD: AN INSIDIOUS TALE’ is still on the way.

Starring Mandy Moore and Kumail Nanjiani “The story is about a husband and wife (Nanjiani and Moore) who enlist the help of a spell to travel back in time, such that they can prevent the death of their young daughter. The consequences, of course, prove to be severe.”
