Dark Raven
As Shakespeare once wrote, “The croaking raven doth bellow for revenge.” So say the malevolent spirits that haunt Dark Raven Manor. An occult priestess and her husband, a demented doctor, once called Dark Raven Manor home. Now, it is said to be haunted by the tortured souls of his patients decades after the entire family’s mysterious disappearance. Some still hear their screams in the manors many rooms. You are charged with entering the manor and contacting the lost souls of the wicked Doctor’s victims. Will you become one of the tortured dead or can you survive the terror of the haunting of Dark Raven Manor?
Big Top Meats: Carnies of Slaughter
The Skinner & Swine Slaughter Company started under Henry Neuhoff at his Nashville slaughterhouse until, in 1977, it was unexpectedly shut down, forcing Brinkley Skinner and Bubba Swine to uproot and start their own meat packing operation outside of Nashville. They started Big Top Meats, a circus themed slaughterhouse, with great success.But with that success came great consequences. The Skinner and Swine company held a dark secret. Their meat was so delicious that people couldn’t get enough, until they found human tissue during a surprise food inspection.
When authorities searched the facility, remains of over 1,000 human bodies were found. On April 6th 1985, both Brinkley Skinner and Bubba Swine were put to death by electric chair. Their employees, coined the “Carnies of Slaughter,” were also put to death. Since their execution, the abandoned slaughterhouse has become plagued with strange occurrences and mysterious disappearances. Do the spirits of Skinner and Swine and their Carnies of Slaughter still roam the kill floor? Now in 2024, Tiktoker’s have gone missing doing the “Go L.I.V.E. Or Die” challenge inside the abandoned slaughterhouse of Big Top Meats. Do you believe in ghosts? Madame Bastet
1435, southern Spain. There once was a kitten, very unique among her feline race at the time, that was born with no fur. She was chased from every hearth, starved and stoned and cursed at every sighting by the locals. A band of Romany passing through witnessed the rejection of this kitten by the townspeople, took her in and made her well again. In time, an elder of the caravan called Delia took a special liking to the cat and she to the woman. She took to traveling in this woman’s vardo as her husband had long passed and all her sons had married off. She had never had a daughter and loved the cat as such. Years passed and never was the woman seen without her svelte feline child and fashioned her outfits to protect her from the cold in winter and shaded her amongst her skirts as they traveled. The kitten had grown into a lovely cat and learned from her surrogate madre even as she always managed to warn her of approaching danger such as local magistrates and ill-meaning townspeople. Until there came a time that the old woman fell ill. But Delia had known the time would come and planned for this day. That evening, as she fell into her final slumber with her faithful cat daughter by her side, she untethered a spell of great magic. Delia’s final gift was to make her daughter immortal. A great gift, in theory, but the Roma magic did not know what to do with her felinity so she became a human-sized cat with all the knowledge and memories of her beloved caretaker. She stayed with the Roma for many years but as the world changed and the people she knew and loved passed on, she began to search for new companions. Until she found her tribe among the councils of Halloween Hollow.
