[EVENT REVIEW] Spooky Swapmeet

Halfway to Halloween is every spooky kids favorite time of year, besides spooky season of course ;) And what better way to celebrate than at a SOLD OUT Spooky Swap meet!

The Hale House hosted by Art’s Sideshow

Being invited back for our for a 2nd year in a row was a spooktacular surprise! We could only do 1 day so we made sure to do EVERYTHING! This year’s event had Art’s Sideshow, Stage Fright Theater Co., La Haunted Hayride, A Mr. He Slasher, The PRC (Paranormal Research Company), Sam Hain’s Lot/The Farm Haunt, along with plenty of spooky vendors who had some deep DEEP discounts on their goodies! While were out trick or treating and walking the grounds we ran into some scary characters and were curious what spooky offerings there were! The haunted house walk-through by LA Haunted Hayride was to die for! Art’s Sideshow let us walk through The Hale House with some ghoulish friends hiding inside. Mr. He Slasher gave us a Beetlejuice photo-op that killed us to death. Stage Fright Theater Co. had us dancing and even throw some knives for our pleasure. The PRC had us hunting ghosts throughout the swap meet and finally Sam Hain’s Lot/The Farm haunt came together for a delightfully scary pumpkin patch that has seen better days…

Being surrounded by ghouls and haunters it reminded me that spooky season is always year round no matter what month it might be. I’m counting down the days for next years Spooky Swap and if you want to grab tickets for yourself be sure to follow @spookyswapmeet on Instagram for their next event announcement!
